1. Introduction

At Career Build IT Academy, we strive to maintain complete transparency regarding our fees, payments, and services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which refunds, cancellations, or transfers may be considered.

By enrolling in any course or service, you agree to the terms mentioned in this policy.

2. Course Enrollment & Payment

  • Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment of applicable fees
  • Fees may be paid in full or in installments, depending on the program
  • Once enrolled, course access, resources, and scheduling are initiated

3. Refund Policy

🚫 Non-Refundable Policy

All course fees are non-refundable once the course has started

  • Fees paid for Training, Training + Job, Paid Internship, Upskill, or Job Services are non-refundable
  • No refund will be issued for:
    • Non-attendance
    • Change of mind
    • Incomplete participation
    • Missed classes

This policy applies to online, offline, weekend, and fast-track courses.

4. Exceptional Cases (If Applicable)

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Course cancellation by Career Build IT Academy
  • Non-availability of promised service due to internal reasons

Any refund (if approved) will be processed at the sole discretion of Career Build IT Academy.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing (email or official communication)
  • Cancellation requests after course commencement will not be eligible for a refund
  • Cancellation does not waive outstanding payment obligations (if any)

6. Course Transfer Policy

Course transfer requests (from one course to another) may be considered:

  • Before course commencement
  • Subject to management approval
  • Any fee difference must be paid by the student
  • Transfer requests after course start are generally not permitted

7. Payment Failures & Duplicate Payments

In case of:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Technical payment errors

Students must report the issue within 7 working days with valid proof. Verified cases will be resolved accordingly.

8. Job Assistance & Placement Disclaimer

Fees paid for Job Assistance or Training + Job programs are strictly non-refundable

  • Job assistance does not guarantee employment
  • Outcomes depend on candidate performance, skills, and market conditions

9. No-Show Policy

If a student:

  • Fails to attend classes
  • Does not participate after enrollment

No refund, rescheduling, or compensation will be provided.

10. Policy Modifications

Career Build IT Academy reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be published on the website.

Continued use of services implies acceptance of revised terms.
